My favorite desserts are chocolate cake, brownies, lemon meringue pie, cherry pie and peach pie.  I'm not sure which is my very favorite.

Lately I've been eating ice cream sandwiches (and candied apples. Are candied apples considered a dessert?). Besides those I love just about every dessert.

Chocolate fudge cake, made in the crockpot, especially if still warm.  With vanilla ice cream or with whipped topping.  YUM-ME!

Cheesecake, all the way!  It's fairly expensive and not sure easy to make, so I don't get it often.  I love getting the variety pie at the store.

Oh, speaking of desserts!  We FINALLY found a store here that makes THE perfect Sfogliatelle!  We drove 20-25 miles out of our way just to go to this store because they actually sold Prosciutto di Parma and Locatelli cheese!  They made the Sfogliatelle FRESH, and they were hot all the way home!  LOL, we nearly spent $100 in this place and while we waited for the Sfogliatelle to bake, we had some of their homemade Gelato.  I was in HEAVEN!!!!  NOBODY here knows how to make an awesome Cannoli!  My brother and I are going to try and duplicate the cannoli cream we used to get in the cannoli's when we lived in Brooklyn.  It was smooth, creamy, and just sweet enough!  We haven't gotten around to trying it out yet.
