Payment denied
« on: September 09, 2014, 04:55:59 pm »
For the past 2 months my cashout has been denied, July I was told I needed to supply additional info because I had changed my name. I sent that and assumed everything was fine, but never received a reply from FC. I tried to cashout in August and was denied because the previous one was denied. When I questioned them they said it was because my paypal had my old last name yet. I asked them if I could just switch to a check payment and they said that they moved it to a tier one for further research and it would take longer than expected to answer me back. That makes no sense. I have been doing my own research and I have been reading on the Better Business Bureau site and that was the exact thing FC told a user to do, ask for a check or direct deposit because her name did not match her paypal account. I do not understand what the problem is. At this time I am owed $82.41 and I feel that I am not going to get paid the money I earned.

I hope you get it straightened out.  $82.41 takes a lot of work to earn.  Good Luck and keep fighting.

I'm sure you will get the money.  It might take some time, but you are owed it and hopefully you will get it soon.  That's a lot of money you are owed.  Good luck and keep us posted!

I hope so, but like I have said I have been doing google searches and reading the Better Business Bureau reports and have been shocked to find all the complaints from the years from people that didn't get paid. I honestly didn't expect to find anything except fake allegations.
It has been over a week now and they will now answer my support tickets.
All I received was a blue box on the top of the page, which was on the 5th stating it was moved to a tier one. I even replied asking why that would be and they won't reply to that either.

What does PayPal require to change the name on your account? Maybe it will be easier and once the accounts match (name-wise) the matter will be settled??????

I can understand how frustrated you must feel. Fusion Cash is a legit site and I feel that you will eventually get your money. You will need to be patient which is I something that I am very bad at. I am of the impression that Fusion Cash has a very high rating with the BBB. Most members have very good experiences when cashing out and are payed promptly. Fusion Cash must need to verify that you are who you say that you are.

I would love for you to keep us posted.

Why don't you just open a new PayPal account at a new email address with your new name and use that?

I believed old buddy has just answered your question.

Try that, and let us know the outcome.

The key is: do not quit, work at your problem
until it is solved.

Let me try to clear the air.

The user was was flagged and needed to send in an ID for verification. No big deal, we do many each and every month with no issue. The problem lies that the user in question has one last name for ALL of their information (Fusion Cash, Bank, PayPal, etc), but then changes their FusionCash information to a different last name in June. Again, no big deal. People get married, people get divorced, people choose to use their maiden name, whatever. We have seen it all before.

The ID sent has the old last name on it. Obviously, we can not accept it as it does not match the FusionCash information on file. We are not paying Michael Scott on an account for Michael Bradley.

We emailed the user on 8/7 to let them know that the last name on the ID and the last name on the account did not match. We asked for either a court order (which would be made if they changed their last name on a whim) or an updated license from their state showing their new name and current address.

The user has not sent in any further documentation - so the cashout remains in "limbo" until the paperwork is received. They can also open a new PayPal account with their new name as well.

This is one of the reasons I like Fusion Cash. You guys do answer questions.

I hope this particular member is going to make a note of your
answer and act upon it.

Thank you for clearing the air.

Good job.

Actually the ID was with my new last name, and the same day you asked for additional info I faxed copies of both IDS showing both last names and my marriage record. Still waiting for paypal, but asking for a check payment until they have their end fixed.
The reason I don't just open a new paypal account is because I use it for so many other things and it is linked to so many accounts it is just easier to have them switch my name than to open a new account.

Old Buddy and Kohler have already answered, but I'll add a cent or two of info.  FC has always paid me, and there are many others on here who have been paid, and paid a lot.  This site is legit and is probably the best I've used, ever.  I get real world money much faster and easier than any other place.  Hope all things work out for you if they haven't already teresa3200!  This place is great!
