I'm also waiting to find out how I correct this issue! I sent a support ticket in on 8/31/2014.
It is very upsetting to say the least!!   >:(  This is the message I get on my screen!

Your support ticket has been bumped up to tier one for further research. It may take longer than usual to provide you with the best possible support, and we kindly ask your patience.

Have you checked your email? They should have emailed you a fax number where you send the needed info. I think it might just be a copy of your driver's license, but am not 100% sure.

I have checked my email daily for the last 14 days! I really don't know at this point, what the heck is going on!!! I have been very happy with Fusion Cash up to this point.

That does sound frustrating. It's hard to believe it's taking so long for the problem to get resolved. I'm at about $500 right now for the year and I think I'll keep it under $600. I don't want to have the same problem.

I'm good with making 30 to 45 dollars per month to have extra cash. I will not go over 600 dollars, do not want to have to deal with a tax situation. Hope you get it resolved soon.

What is the amount that you have to down load the tax info?  I was not aware of this.  I just assumed they would send you something at the end of the year.  Please post the solution when you get this resolved and good luck!

You have to be at $600.00 or more for the year to have to supply your tax info.

I will not be going anywhere near the $600 amount, so will not need to deal with that, but I hope you are able to resolve your situation, I am sure it is frustrating, best of luck.
