What do you do when you are stuck in traffic?

Me too. I always sing out loud or put bouncy music to keep me going.

I listen to the radio and if my son is in car we play I spy.

I talk on the phone. Hands free of course.

If we aren't moving, then I'll check emails or something.  But if it's a slow crawl, then I'll just sing along with the music or something like that.

When stuck in traffic I learn to nice, soothing music.  This takes my mind off the traffic and puts me in a better mood.

Well, aside from being frustrated, I either put the radio on, or I do sometimes check my phone for calls and texts. Nothing much one could do when stuck in traffic. Except waste gas.

I used to have a two hour commute to and from a bank that I was opening. I used that time to study flash cards for my real estate license and passed it with flying colors.  I also have listened to hundreds of self help books and educational material while driving for long stints (like to my parent's house in Arizona). Sometimes I play games like seeing how long I can coast in neutral...my record is three miles...got pretty good gas mileage that week. I do like to listen to the radio every once and awhile-generally NPR so that I can learn about new trends and what is happening in the world. Sometimes I will listen to sports or even some of the radical political stations.

     Take my cell phone and play some music on UTube!

Listen to whatever is on the radio and go over plans in my head.  If I have a book on hand I'll even get some reading done.  Make phone calls to people you haven't talked to in a while. I text so much I forget to call sometimes.

Myself I put the radio on and find music I like and sing(not very good) but it passes the time faster. I even tap my hands and feet until I can move. What do you do?

This sounds like me.  I have the radio on or put in a cd for the choir music we are working on.  Love music!

I pretty much do the same thing...music is always a great way to pass the time and a fantastic mood enhancer!

Always listen to music, it gets me through almost anything annoying!
