Do you like to sleep in a cold or hot bedroom?

i want my bedroom cold.  i always have our thermostat set at 60 at night if i dont i cant sleep very well at all.  i also like to sleep with soft blankets so i can snuggle down in them.

I like to sleep in a cool, and warm bedroom but not cold. I have the covers over me so I am fine.

I like my room cold I can't sleep if its to hot than I start coughing.  When its really cold out I don't even turn the heaters on during the day unless it below 32 degrees because I can always put more cloths on.  It saves on electric bill.

I would rather my room be cold.  I can always bundle up or cuddle with someone if necessary, but I'm normally really hot so anytime I can drop my room temperature to like 68, I'm in heaven.  My family likes to keep it around 72 all the time, which is fine, but means I basically have to sleep either naked or with very little on so I don't start sweating in the middle of the night.

I like to keep my bedroom somewhat colder so i can cuddle into my blankets and my puppy dog. thats when i get the best sleep.

Cold room is always the way to go! You can always pile more blankets on.

I prefer my bedroom to be cool.
If I had to pick between COLD or hot... I pick cold.
I love getting cozy with blankets and cuddling up to my husband, but if the room is hot, I can't do that. If the room is hot, I lie there sweating and mentally complaining.

Neither. I don't like it being cold because I don't like being cold. I don't like it being hot because I don't like being hot and it's hard to sleep when it's hot. It can be hard for me to sleep when it's cold too especially since my circulation isn't what it should be and because cold weather intensifies the pain in my joints. So, I like for it to be luke-warm so it's not too warm and not too cool.
