Do you like to sleep in a cold or hot bedroom?

i like is to a temperature that is cold but not really cold as the air condition is new and it freezing at 75 so i sleep very well with it up to that temperature.

AC and ceiling fan on for me. My favorite soft blanket and many pillows.

I seem to sleep a lot better when it's cold, snuggling with my down comforter. I fall right to sleep.

I absolutely hate sleeping in the heat i like to keep it really cold in the house so i can cuddle into my blankets that's always so comfy.

Not too cold, but close to cold, i like snug under the blanket, or using cute or colorful shocks

I like to sleep in a very cool room.  I can not sleep when it is hot.  Hope everyone has a good day.

I definitely like a cooler bedroom. I have slept the same way for years with the duvet covering my back and then my legs stuck out, uncovered, at the bottom of the bed! I can't sleep if my legs are covered with the duvet and equally I can't sleep if I don't have the duvet covering my back! I also need to have my face planted into my pillow, face down. If I get too hot at night I start to have terrible nightmares. My children also complain of being too hot at night so I set the air conditioning and put the electric fan on them.

I like my room to be a cool temperature and now that I am old I can not sleep without a fan blowing on me. I have to have a lot of quilts too

I prefer a cool room, but alas my husband prefers it warmer.  Isn't that always the way it is!!

I like a cold room.  I have an electric blanket and a fluffy quilt for a reason.
