Payment revoked
« on: September 18, 2014, 05:59:56 am »
I got an email saying payment had been revoked for a TV ad survey, I have no idea what I did wrong. I am so upset. Also I have not been getting my emails daily for a while. What is going on?

I have had payment revoked for surveys in the past and I also felt very upset when it happened. I do not know what survey you are talking about. It may be that you went too fast or it could be that you contradicted yourself in your answers. It might be that you did the same survey on another site. You can open a support ticket and ask why it happened. When you take surveys, take your time and read each question carefully.

You can sign up for the daily email again. That should take care of the problem.

I also had a payment revoked a few days ago.It was for a 75 cent survey I did in August. This was just enough to put me under $25 for August and it cost me my August cashout.

You can open a support ticket and ask why your payment for the survey was revoked. Sometimes, mistakes are made on the other end.

I always try to cash out for over $30 if possible.  However, I know that it is not always possible to reach $30. I have cashed out with just a little over $25 and hoped no payments would get revoked. Thus far, I have been lucky.

I can understand your frustration but remember there is always the next month. You should have no trouble cashing out this month and getting a nice payment in October.

I have got good answers re. your denied payment.

As for the daily email, once in a while, for unknown reasons
to me, your name just got off the list.

No big problem. Just re apply for it. We will get your
email the next day.
