Facial scrubs generally help for me, and I have the same problem.  That and wash your pillow case a lot or start buying extras so you can change it more often.  If possible, try to avoid buildings with florescent lights.  I heard those can make outbreaks worse cause either they draw nutrients out of your body, or being under them causes you to burn through more nutrients, I can't remember which.

If possible, try eating more fruits and veggies with vitamin A in them.  For me, the weeks when I'm binge eating carrots are the weeks my skin is nice to me.  Also, if you aren't already, try to drink more water.  When I was in college I used to mainline pop so I started balancing it out by drinking 2 bottles of water for every bottle of pop.

i used to have acne everywhere. it got so bad that my parents paid for a very expensive medicine called accutane and i had to take pregnancy tests when i was 13 because it deformed babies in the womb. dried out my lips and gave me *bleep* noses.

I am 25 and have occasional breakouts that leave spots and scares. I have always used Noxema and Clean and Clear and it seems to work ok for me..not great, just ok. The best stuff I have ever used was a prescription cream my mom got from a dermatologist. So I would recommend making an appt with them and see what they think will work best for your skin.

It wouldn't hurt to see a dermatologist in order to be further informed, there are websites that you can research such as webmd. I'm not saying the recommended remedies won't work, I'm merely informing you to take into consideration that what works for another person might have different results for you.

Use to have some acne when I was a Teenager... Used acne products that work a week, until it comes back again...But later as I grew older, acne started to get lower until there is none... I heard tee tree oil is a good product for acne... Just minty

I use a skin care line that is 100% toxic free and full of antioxidants.  My skin is looking great.  I know a lot of people who struggled with acne and this skin care line has made those struggles a thing of the past.
