The only way I know would be soup kitchens.  Check in your newspaper or check with local churches or Salivation Army.

Either a soup kitchen or if you qualify for food stamps.  Restaurants do not give food away for free.  Even if they have left over stuff at the end of the night they will usually throw it in the trash before they will let employees have it.  And there are so many people just trying to get free stuff that have the money to buy what ever they want that it is getting harder for people who really could use some help to get anything.  I know a lot of churches are getting more strict in how they give out money for people who just come in and ask for money for rent or whatever.

In New Mexico we go to the Human Services office.  You can also look up your state website and search for food stamps or welfare.  They should have instructions there.  You might even be able to apply online.  Local churches would be able to tell you about food pantries, and other resources, in your area.  Goodwill or St Vincent's would also have information about local low income resources.  Good luck.

At your local church or food bank.  You could also sign up for the government programs: wic or welfare too.

McDonalds is giving a free small coffee in the mornings starting Sept. 16 - 29

Not sure if you need to buy a breakfast product.

Usually Churches or food banks hand out food once a month, if that is what you are talking about. And you can look for coupons for free single items at fast food places, I have got the in the mail before.

Check with your county offices and with your church to find organizations that provide food.

Food Pantry places DO NOT give you EBT cards.  That has to come from the state.

At your local church or food bank.  You could also sign up for the government programs: wic or welfare too.

You have to be pregnant or just have had a baby to get WIC.
