Recieved $5 in mail from a survey

Did you guys complete an offer and then they sent you $5+ another survey. I wanna do the offer if I still can?  Or did they just send you the $5 and survey without you doing something first?

I used to get these surveys all of the time, but they have stopped. Now I keep getting a postcard that says I have not completed the last survey sent. Every time I got one I completed it immediately and returned it the next day. I certainly hope no one stole my $5 bills! Does anyone know how to contact them? I cannot seem to find a way and I would really like to get things cleared up and start doing the surveys again. I liked the surveys and the $5!

The surveys from this group are few and far between.  I have received several  mailed surveys with paper money.

I received one survey online almost a year ago for $5.00. 

Question-I received an online survey today, but it made no mention of compensation?  I am not interested in doing surveys for free!  Did anyone else get this survey today?

what kind of mail do they use? reg mail or big mail? i did this offer around march i think

It comes in a large envelope.  I imagine many $5.00 bills were tossed!  It comes regular mail, but I am not sure what big mail is?  HTH

I remember it was very random when I got mine in the mail. Maybe even more than a month. Now I get them once a month, just wait for that BIG envelope that says "Consumers Opinion Institute" It's like christmas when that letter comes lol
