I finally received a envelope in the mail with a survey in it and a crisp $5 bill! That was great to see when opening up all of my mail! I had heard others talking about it here, and never got it, until late last week!

i don't think the offer is available anymore through fusioncash, but you can always do a search on consumer opinion institute and sign up on their website.

Yes, what the poster above me said.
It's free to sign up with them.
It's a shame that the offer isn't still available here anymore though for you guys. :(

I filled out the survey they sent me and sent it back next day(took me roughly 20 minutes to do the survey)so hopefully I continue to get them in the mail and often :D

I got a one dollar bill in the mail, but I only had four pages to fill out.  The 5.00 surveys are LONG.

The survey I received with the $5 bill in it didn't seem to take that long. I mean, it was quite a few pages but it was pretty simple. Not to mention it only took me about fifteen minutes or so to fill out and seal it into the envelope, so $5 for fifteen minutes of work, is a great deal in my opinion!

The survey I got was easily 15 to 20 pages of rows and rows of boxes to check.  I am not sure if this is the same one that you got, but the one I had took way more time than 15 minutes.  I broke up the time, but it was easily well over an hour to finish it.  I generally enjoy surveys and do not mind doing them for extra cash, but these are at least somewhat taxing and tedious to complete.  I think that the $5.00 is kind of a low amount for the work involved.
