I got a survey & $5 in the mail just the other day 2! How cool is that!    I of course kept the $ & filled out the survey. Hope they send more, I could use the extra pocket $!     Yeah, just  alot of boxes to mark off, took about 10 min, most def worth the money.

Wow you did yours really fast.  It took me at a good hour to answer the questions, even though I am a very fast reader.  How did you get your survey done so fast?  I even felt like I was rushing somewhat and did not always check all of the boxes I could have or should have.

So yeah, I just opened some mail today and a $5 bill fell out. I'm pretty sure it's from an offer I did on fusion cash. The letter was from Consumer Opinion Institute.
Anyone else had the same luck?

@cerealspiller - If you can upload proof (depending upon the upload size, max is 128KB)...that'd be well appreciated....I haven't heard or received ANY letter with a $5 bill in it..so we'll see...........

YEAH I got that too.  I did this offer on FC and it was that same survey site that sent me $5 in the mail along with another survey to fill out by hand.  That was pretty cool.  Hope I get more surveys from them..lol..

Hello fellow FC members, I'm new to this. I really want to receive the five dollars too. I tried to find "Consumer Opinion Institute" in the offer search on FC but nothing shows up.
