Taking Surveys

There are two types of surveys you will receive from us:

U.S. Mail – About once a month we will send a survey to you through the US Mail. Just complete the survey and return it in the enclosed postage paid envelope. Typically a cash reward for completing the survey is enclosed with the survey packet. Occasionally, your cash reward will be sent 3-4 weeks after you have mailed back your completed survey.

Online – Periodically online surveys will be available for you to complete. When an online survey is available, a notification will be sent to the email address we have on file for you. Each survey notification will include a link to our website and your username and password. Just login and take the survey that is waiting for you.

I got a $5 bill and the survey today as well. It's no longer than some of the ones we fill out online, and we sure don't get $5 for them. I like this company.

I got my survey with $5 cash yesterday. It was definitely a pleasant suprise when what looked like a $5 bill WAS a $5 bill. I filled out the survey and sent it back right away hoping they send more. What an incentive! Actual cash IN ADvance! I had heard about this happening but didn't think I had been with them long enough.

I received this on Wednesday. What a surprise! I wonder how many people just threw the envelope out thinking it was just junk mail, when there was actually real money inside. I hope they send me more surveys.

I got my survey from COI complete with $5 bill a couple days ago- I'm hoping if I mail in the survey, they'll send me another one containing cash!

yes, i got 5 dollars in teh mail yesterday too, if we fill our the survey and send back do you think they will send back other surveys 5 dollars each, i think its a one time thing

It said in my welcome email that "typically a cash reward for completing the survey is enclosed with the survey packet"

that is a good incentive to me!! I like cash $$ :-)

yeah i got this the other day too, i was shocked to see $5 slide out when i went to open it. did the survey and sent it out. hopefully i get some more in the upcoming weeks/months
