Whilst I have never eaten goat meat, I certainly would if I had some! I have tried other weird and wonderful foods before now and am rarely disappointed. The rub you speak of sounds awesome! Some of the best meats I have grilled before now have wonderful rubs on them. Whoever invented rubs is a genious! The best rub I ever used was for salmon. It was 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. chili powder, 1 tsp cumin and salt and pepper.

I would like to assume that you could. However, I have never had goat meat before.

Grill rub is great on all meats that I have tried.  I have never tried goat meat before.  It almost seems like it would be a tough meat.  Is it?
Have a wonderful day!

I've had goat meat before, and it tastes pretty good. I think any rubs that are good for steak would be good for goat.
