I think all donuts are fat. Never heard of a low fat donut before. Try to bake a croissantdonut. I think they are made with filo dough which makes them very flaky
and very low fat!

I don't think it is possible to make a low fat doughnut because the dough itself is very fattening.

I have never heard of a low fat dough nut because far as I know they are cooked in oil and have fat in them.  You could substitute it for low calorie cake or use low calorie cakes from scratch and buy one of those dough nut pans and there you have it because its baked not in oil.

I only buy donuts and never had a desire to make donuts myself, so sorry I cannot provide any constructive feedback. I wasn't really aware of low fat donuts, but when I do eat donuts in general, I'm not expecting them to be healthy anyway.

I have never heard of a low fat doughnut but I'm sure if you go online and do a search you'll fine a recipe. If you like to cook you'll probably have low fat doughnuts in no time.
