If it wasn't for my family, friends and my potential life partner I would have otherwise say I'm surviving.  My job really stresses me as well financial anxiety. But I'm surrounded by people who are very caring and attentive to me.

I like to think I am living. I try to make sure I have no regrets and try to spend as much time doing the things I like with my family even if it means giving up other things.

I am just surviving right now. There is just too much I have had to deal with lately and I hope for a turnaround soon.

Things have been pretty good the past year so but there are still a few things in my life that are hard to deal with, so I'd say I am doing a both.

I am just surviving one day at a time, my life became a struggle many years ago and as far as I can see it will never get any better.

I'm living the best life I can.  Somethings I could chance and I'm working on that.

I'm surviving.  I'm going through severe depression with not being able to have children.  Hopefully the end is near.

:( I certainly hope that's not true!!! I hope things get better for everyone on here who is struggling. Because I myself have been browsing for ways to keep my head above water during potential tough times, I thought it was worth mentioning (what you all already may know) --- as far as finances, there's always churches that help people with rent and utilities, and state public assistance... :) Keep your chin up, guys.

I was reading in a devotional yesterday about living or surviving. If you're always running from something or to something you're surviving. As I look at my own life I feel as though I'm surviving. What are your thoughts?

This really intrigued me. It's an important and thought-provoking question for sure.... Surviving, definitely. And not very well because at the moment I'm mostly dependent on other people. :( I barely leave my room/the house as my anxiety builds, and I haven't done anything fun outside of the house at all this year.... Constantly nervous and tense.... Bleh. I hope that changes soon!!!! For everyone else, too --- we got to start living!
I identify with your post. I've had anxiety about my situation for a year now. It doesn't leave me dependent on others, but it puts me in the worst mood. A very blah place. I hope things change for you soon. :-)
