And there's the Road Runner and Bugs Bunny too. Those were always humorous.

Huge fan of the Warner Brothers cartoons, especially those with Bugs and Daffy Duck.  Now that I'm a grown-up (ha ha) I get more of the jokes.

Classic, meaning before my time? Because some of the cartoons that were in syndication while I was growing up (in the late 80's and early 90's) would be considered classic to this new generation...Okay so, here are my favorites:

Bugs Bunny (Looney Tunes)
Mickey Mouse
Pop Eye
Betty Boop

Warner Bros. and Looney Tunes - the very best of the best!  The animation, the voices, the characters!  There will just never be any cartoons quite like these again!  Just AWESOME!!

Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Pepe Le Pew, Penelope Pussycat (Le Mew, Le Meow, Le Purrrrr - HAHAHA!!  Just CRACKS me up!), Tazmanian Devil, Elmer Fudd, Marvin the Martian, Tweety Bird, Sylvester, Granny, Yosemite Sam, Gossamer, Foghorn Leghorn, Roadrunner, Wile E. Coyote, Speedy Gonzales

I am a child of the 1980's.  My favorite cartoons were The Smurfs and Alvin and The Chipmunks.

My favs that I recall are Bugs Bunny - can't beat him.  Also was fond of the Flintstones, Tom & Jerry, Sylvester & Tweety, Roadrunner and Wild E Coyote, Woody Woodpecker, G Force (cartoon superheros, not the movie with the hamsters), Voltron, He-Man, Scooby Doo, and Robotec.

I'm sure there were others, but those are the ones that come to mind.
