I meet the lead singer of The Tams when I was pregnant with my daughter almost 32 years ago.  The band played at a local club and during their break I went up and met him.  He rubbed my belly.

I am going to show my age, I have met Ten. Ernie Ford, Roger Miller, Buddy Holly, the fire *bleep*, Freddie Fender, Tanya Tucker. The orignal Lone Ranger and Tonto when they were advisers for the film The legend of the Lone Ranger. Everal more also. I worked in Santa Fe N.M. where a lot of movies were made. It was a treat to me them.

I met James and Oliver Phelps 10 years ago. They played Fred and George Weasley in the Harry Potter movies. It was a very small convention. Matthew Lewis and Devon Murray from Harry Potter were also there and Ray Park from The Phantom Menance. He played Darth Maul. There was some other people there but I can't remember.

I met Jim Beaver, recently known for his role of Bobby on the show Supernatural.  Got to see the other Supernatural actors on stage at a convention once.

I also got to meet and chat with the Canadian pairs gold medalists - Sale and Pelletier.  They were super cool and awesome to watch skate up close.  And got to take a weekend workshop with Silver Medalist Paul Wylie a few years ago.

I'm with "batmobile" - not a big deal.  They are people too.

I've never met a celebrity in person. There are a few I'd like to meet but I probably wouldn't know what to say if I met them.

Not anyone super famous...I have gotten close to some artists (proximity not personally), but nothing that is out of this world. My brother had a friend who's dad worked for the SS of President Clinton, so they were pretty close...

I opened the gate for James Caan at the Clovis Rodeo one year. I also stood next to Elliot Gould at an antique store in Morro Bay.

I've met a couple of Christian artists based on where I used to work. Back in the day, I used to get nervous about things like that. As I've gotten older, I just remind myself that they're regular people just like me, so I don't get hyped up about it anymore. There are people that I like such as actors and musicians, but I don't consider myself a fan. I don't even like to use the term. Let other people drool and cry over them.
