Surveys not crediting???

Anyone else having issues with surveys?  I did one last evening which was actually a signup for AskGFK and I signed up, confirmed my email and never received credit.

Decided to push my luck again this morning. Did one of the daily surveys under 'my thought counts'...  It took my to Ipsos where I completed a huge insurance survey.. Surprise- no credit..

So about 2 hours of my time? and no payment.. $2.5 to be exact..

Frustrating to say the least...

I've taken 8 surveys this weekend and all have credited.

Credits that require signing up for another site sometimes take longer to credit. I would just give it until tomorrow to see if it comes through

I have been having the same problem of getting no credit with My Thought Counts too but everything else seems to be crediting just fine (that is when I actually do qualify and get to take a survey which isn't very often to begin with). Have you tried using another browser?

As one member has already suggested, you might try another browser. I only take the surveys under the FC tab because I never qualify for any others and I use chrome. Be certain to take you time when taking a survey and leave the congrats page open for five minutes.

You can also open a support ticket and ask why you did not get credit but give it a full week. As one member posted, it sometimes can take hours to days to get credit. Sometimes opening a support ticket can help.

You said that you completed one for Ipsos. That is a valid market research company. They are up and up. They must have their own support. Are you allowed to contact Ipsos support when you do one of their surveys through FC?
