I am still trying to get my tax info to FC but have been unsuccessful . i am now waiting for a reply to yet another support ticket which i explained, the link they sent me does Not work. I hope they resolve this Soon

What do you mean by it doesn't work? Maybe there is typo in the URL.

Here is one of the mailing addresses for Fusion Cash. Maybe you can mail your tax info to them. If you do so, pay extra to have proof of delivery.
