I grew up during this time so I know (without doing the Google search, LOL!!) that there were more.  The ill fated mission of Apollo 13 was made into a very successful movie several years ago.

You have a lot of knowledge! I've never seen the movie but I have seen one of those space shuttles in a museum in LA (I forgot which one is was). It's huge!!  ;D
