Completed surveys not creditted

I am VERY frustrated! I completed a survey about Dominos pizza offers. At the end, when I says these questions are for classification purposes (or something like that) I get a screen that says there was a technical error. It said if I wanted to report the issue I should mention "quota pablo"...whatever the hell that means.

Then, if that wasn't a slap in the face enough, I take a "survey savy" survey...complete it to the point of the thank you page...and still no credit.

But wait, it gets worse.
Earlier this evening I did 3 surveys. Got emails saying I was paid .75 cents on two of them and .60 cents on one. Yet, when I checked the list of completed activities, the last one was not on the list.

That's 3 times today (yesterday actually) I got ripped off. Needless to say, I am not happy.

What should I do?

Sometimes, it takes 24 hour or more for a survey to credit so give it time. What browser are you using? If you have a mac and use safari, there are sometimes problems with getting credit. I use chrome to take surveys. Be certain to take your time when you take surveys and leave your congratulations page open for a few minutes.

For the survey where there was a tech glitch at the end, open a support ticket and tell support exactly what happened. If that happens again, copy the error message and open a support ticket immediately pasting the error message on the support ticket.

For the survey where you got an email saying that you were credited but do not see it on your account page, open a support ticket about it. Copy the email message saying that you got credit and paste it on your support message. 

Fusion Cash is a really good site .... However, almost all members have had some problems with surveys and offer once in a while. Fortunately, most of the time all goes well.

The survey host giving you a code to report your technical issue is actually a super rare thing. In that message they are most likely outlining how you can get your credit still and NOT ripping you off.

It's not that the survey is taking a while to credit. THERE ARE ERRORS on the very LAST PAGE  and FC refuses to do anything about it. Being a glutton for punishment I tried the survey a couple times with different browsers and got URL error, parameter error, and something else that I can no longer remember. I opened a support ticket every time but no dice.

 I've gotten all kinds of canned responses from not completing the survey (I did), to survey may have been closed (it wasn't), not doing the survey in a timely manner (I did it within 10 minutes of the invite), and it's a problem on the survey site partner (so tell them to FIX IT!) I don't spend 20-30 minutes on a survey then not get credit for it.

IOW, they are passing the buck on this survey. Then they wonder why people get disgusted with them because I certainly am...and this is not the first time I've been frustrated with FC. This isn't the first time I've had this problem either, yet support ignores the problem.

I recently almost completed a survey(99%), only to get the message that I was disqualified and only got a cent! I am really frustrated.

that happened to me also. they dont look into it here why you dont get credit for a 60 minute survey. other sites will look into it and credit you.

I, too, was recently not credited and opened a support ticket within several hours of it not crediting.  Rare thing, it was one of the videos where you watch commercials!  Luckily, I wrote down each ad so I could rattle them off start to finish to prove I completed.  FC told me to wait a certain amount of time and then contact them again!  We'll see what happens?!?!

I DO know that with the amount of time this takes and the pennies sometimes made, someone needs to take responsibility for good faith efforts and meeting the criteria.  Maybe it should be the product, the surveyor, maybe FC, maybe a combination.

I was so happy I qualified and finished a survery yesterday and today it shows it is still not credited.

I hate when this happens . I dropped a couple of support tickets and was basically told if we don't get paid, you don't get paid.
