I voted by absentee ballot but I wish there were a way to keep the uninformed voters from voting.

I'll be voting, if only to vote against Cuomo in the governor's election. But why do so many people get to vote early? Why bother having voting day, if most of the voters have already voted before then?

I try to vote at each election and if you don't vote I don't think you have a right to complain...

No....i dont vote.....

All i can say about manmade governments......because they have been allowed to rule for now the people that do get in and run the laws i hope the more honest hearted ones win for the time being.

But lets face it.....they still are all politicians.

There's more to vote on then just electing people into office.

Yeah i understand what you mean Hawkeye.Where do you draw the line what is good for mankind and what isnt?

EX....gay marrriage is getting more widely accepted...does that mean if the vote comes in overwhelming for it its right?

This country uses the motto or slogan "in god we trust"....You walk into a court they ask you to put your hand on a bible.

You know as well as me what a crock!!

The world is screwed up for a reason. If people wanna be blind to it why.....then we reap what we sow.

Even if a politican is honest and means well the mess in this world will NEVER get fixed until our Creator steps in and fixes it.....and lets face many dont wanna be accountable to HIM!!

Yes, I voted yesterday.  I voted early in the morning.  Voter turnout seemed fairly light at my polling place.

I voted by mail, not that it helped. The doctor turned Tea Party politician who wants to raise the Social Security retirement age to 70 has a comfortable lead over our incumbent Democratic senator, this in a state where poverty is the rule, not the exception. Go figure.

I didn't vote in this month's election.I'm also thinking about not voting in 2016.I have been summoned for jury duty too many times and I am trying to get off that list.In the county I live in,they select jurors from the list of registered voters.
