My PayPal Account wont work?

So I tried to set fusioncash up to my paypal account because I dont want to wait for the check... and it says it is unverified but I use my PayPal account all the time. Any ideas why this is happening or at least what do I do to fix it?

To verify your account simply log in to your account, click your Business Profile icon at the top of the page, and complete your To-do list.
