if there are issues important enough to you, do you join in the effort to change things?
I think it's worth it to try most of the time.

I will sign a petition when it is something the affects everyone's good.  I believe more people need to take note of what is going on in our country today so we as a people can make things better for future generations as well as for the current one

I sign petitions occasionally but the ones that go to the White House are a waste of time.  Once there are 100,000 signatures the President is supposed to do something about the petition but the petition about the Marine imprisoned in Mexico went way over 100,000 several months ago and the President has ignored it.

I've signed numerous petitions for the past 2 years now, most of them regarding animals in dire circumstances.  "Save Phineas" (yellow lab & he was saved!),  petitions for the #Gilbert23 and justice will be upcoming soon,  and so many more.  Currently working on "Save Beau", he has a euthanasia date set for Nov 20.  :/   (His petition can be found on FB, he's a sweet yellow mix dog.)


I've seen petitions do ALOT of good:  change lives for the better, save animals lives, help get laws improved and help get maximum penalty's for animal abuser's that thought they would get off with no punishment.  This tells me to keep signing those petitions for them.

It depends on what they're for; I signed a petition to help save the North Carolina film industry.
