PayPal Cashout Error

Today, when I pushed the "Cashout" button,  I was met with an error message:

PayPalŪ Cashout
 Temporary Error
We're sorry, but PayPalŪ cashouts are currently unavailable. Please try again in 6-12 hours, or select a different payment method. Did you know that Direct Deposit is so safe, fast, and easy that it's rapidly becoming our most popular payment method?

If you are getting this message on the last day of the month, cashout now, via Check, and open a support ticket requesting a switch to PayPal. We appreciate your patience as the system is processing many cash out requests


These things happen and I was willing to wait the 6-12 hours as stated in the error message, but because of past experience with error messages of all kinds, I decided to go ahead and try the Cashout button one more time.  Wallah!  It worked just like it was supposed to.  My Cashout was successful.
