So sorry to hear. Have you tried opening a support ticket? That seems like something that they could probably fix.

I had the same problem when I changed my internet provider. I called everyone (Provider and FC) I could think of and after a while it all worked out. Not sure how though.

i accidnetally pushed us virgin islands once but it didnt seem to be a problem.
