I use FireFox and this has been one of the reliable and straight forward videos for me (I have pulled my hair out on many). I just click it and it runs and I do nothing else but close it when it says offer complete.  I know sometimes it takes just a little for that to happen on the Matomy videos, so I try to leave them alone and not get anxious about closing and moving on to the next.  I lost credit on a hyprmx video by closing to quickly.  I really try to multi-task while doing videos, I eat breakfast, read newspaper, the mail, clip coupons, pay bills, etc.  Thats why the 10 step clicking on hyprmx drives me nuts!

I haven't had any luck with this video, every time I try to complete it, the video completes but it never says it is completed. I am confused. I have only been trying every couple of days and I get the same results.

I have that issue when I try that one in Firefox. Credits fine when I use Chrome.

Yes it has been very reliable for me using chrome. Sounds like a plugin problem.

I think I got the answer! I think it is my browser. I cant seem to dl and upgrade the new chrome, so I have been doing everything through aol. Cant wait wait to get my new pc.

i use opera and wait sveral seconds before closing a page to get the time in.

I am using AOL only right now because I am having computer issues. I'm waiting for Black Friday for a great deal on a new one. I think that video along with a few others won't work on AOL.

This one always works for me, although it doesn't show up every day. I always use Firefox.

I've definitely had to keep this window open a little longer than normal to get it to credit. Make sure you clear everything and take your time and leave the window open until it says completed. I hope it works out next time and gives you credit. If this doesn't work, it could be the browser you're using and you should change it up and give it another try. Good luck to you
