Didn't I read that you made over $600 this year of FC and need to fax some tax info to fusion cash.  Could that be why you have not gotten your bonus yet?

You should write at least one complete sentence when posting on Forum, minimum, but I suggest two or three complete sentences.

I get my forum bonus every month since April 2013, I never miss any month since then.

I got my bonus and it went on this cashout.... you'll get your's too, it just may go on next month's cashout... I've had to do that a couple of times

 i have never had a problem getting my bonus it alway's there when they say it going to be there. That all i can do for now but if you have problem have you sent in a support ticket.
