I enjoyed my extra hour of sleep even tough I woke up to snowflakes this morning!
I really needed the extra hour but I hate the shorter days.
Less then 6 months till Spring! can't wait!!! :rainbow: :pumpkin: :pumpkin: :pumpkin:

I don't like shorter days, or nothing much about Nov-Feb.  Missing those long summer days & warm summer nights.....  :(

I wonder why people think the days are shorter because of the time change.  The daylight hours are the same no matter when they occur.  I just hate the shorter days and longer nights because it's cold and dreary.  At least the days will start getting longer right before Christmas although I never notice it until about Feb.

Thanks for the reminder! I love that half of my gadgets reset themselves on days like daylight savings or when I travel somewhere. My iphone, or whatever phone I am using, computer, and watch all change automatically.  I get confused with regard to setting alarms but it all worked out this morning.  I did treat myself to an extra hour of sleep by sleeping from ten forty five until five fifteen-kind of shorted my dog's walks but made up for it at lunch time.  They got a few extra hours of sleep but I doubt that they care! They did seem to be pushing for their food an hour early! I hope your transition went smoothly...have an outstanding day!

Just another detail that you can't remember exactly why you have to except everybody else has to do it too.

I changed the clocks Saturday night. A friend of mine forgot about the change and ended up going forward an hour. She realized her mistake when everything that automatically changed was two hours behind her alarm clock.

I love the fall, but hate the time change. It takes me some time to get used to it.

I always appreciate the extra hour of sleep. Now ask me the same question in the Spring when we lose an hour. Very different answer there.

Really, why don't they just let the time stay at one time.  Going back and forward really do not serve a big purpose.

Love 3 seasons a year, but hate winter.  I wish we didn't have the time change and we would just remain on daylight savings throughput the year.  Even though only an hour, it seems like my body reacts negatively  (a little more tired) for about a week!!!!!

I still don't get this logic of DST setting. Now almost all the other countries of the world have trashed this logic to change time. I wonder why it is still being followed in USA and some other countries.
