I have satellie (DirecTV). I have only lost tv once or twice in the 6 years that I have had the service. My only complaint is that the rates keep going up.

We  have cable, but we have thought about switching to satellite; especially when our internet started cutting out. We are worried about the cost though. I think we will just stick with cable.

We can't get cable out in the rual area so I have Dish Network.  Its ok but there Service for the extra recordings are awful, I think I should of went with Direct TV so I can decide what channels I want to record.

I dropped cable and bought a Roku to stick in the HDMI port on my TV for a one time $50 and now my rate never goes up.

I have satellite, and it's really not that great. It's ridiculous how often the signal gets lost, but when the weather is really bad I can't expect it to come through completely clear. The company I have service with now at least has a better strength and consistency than the last company.

I have been a cable user as long as I can remember. I have been trying to cut down on cost and would love to eliminate my cable bill or reduce this if I could, but I got family members who have their particular channels / shows and I don't really have much alternatives at the moment.

Right now we have AT&T but are switching very soon to Vivint.  I'm really excited to give them a try, we're happy with their security system so hopefully the internet will be just as great!

We got rid of satellite.  We subscribe to fiber optic cable.  Satellite went out during storms. Fiber optic cable is better.

I have a bundle from Verizon Fios which includes tv. We used to have Directv but it was unreliable in rain and wind and they raised their rates too high.
