I only attended the Black Friday sales one year. It was about two years ago and I took my kids just for the experience. We were actually looking for one or two deals however it was so busy we couldn't get parked. Eventually we decided to abandon our car outside the store and then went inside. I was totally worried I was going to lose the children as we couldn't move forward all together. I kept a hold on their jackets but even so, people were pushing and shoving to come between us. I vowed never to go again!

I heard people are already camping out for Black Friday. What a bunch of losers. All that to save a couple bucks. ::)

I do NOT shop on Black Friday.  People are crazy and it is pathetic that employees have been trampled to DEATH by some stupid idiots trying to save maybe $30 on something they don't even need.  I use to do some of the sales back before people got so physco.  So far from the sale ads I have seen there is nothing I would go stand in line for.  And a lot of places are already doing their Black Friday sales - people just don't realize it.  The majority of the sales are already going on.  They will have a few more items on sale that day to draw people in.

I agree with Mary up there.  I don't like people.  Another good reason to stay at home. lol  But seriously you can get most of the same stuff online.  Some of it says "in store only".

Most all of the sales have already been announced.  Lowe's already has their Black Friday Sales going on for most of their stuff.  I know it is for the appliances.  If you ask them they will tell you that.

I normally do not do black Fridays but this year I have seen some online ads and I just have to take advantage of them. I will be doing my shopping online and I must say I am going to enjoy black Friday this year or should I say 6pm Thursday evening I will get my mouse ready lol.

I've never shopped on Black Friday nor do I do Black Friday sales.  I'm a sole proprietor with an online business so I support Small Business Saturday and Cyber Monday instead.  Try it, it's much less stressful.  :glasses-nerdy: :present: 8)

I worked  at a major retail for almost 20 years. I hated black Friday. It was always so crowed and people were so rude. 1 example out of a few I had was I was building my last tier of tools that were on sale for 50%off and the doors were opened and before I could get up off the floor I was shoved back down onto the floor and people were stepping on me. Oh my it hurt.  The night crew had not finished  all of this.  Most of the items would have gone on sale the week before Christmas and were 60% off then. I never do black Friday.

I don't  like or do black friday. I hate crowds. Believe it or not I am actually on the other side I volunteer at a local thrift shop and will be spending black Friday there . Our rent sales have been really great so I hope the trend continues. we give scholarships to graduating high school senors. :pumpkin: :turkey: :turkey: :turkey:
