I do eye exercises now and then and they do help.

My glasses are the first thing off at night, and the first thing on in the morning..I feel naked without them but this is good to know

I always tell my kids to do some kind of eye exercises, because they watch a lot of tv.

Thanks for this info - I am going to check it out.  I have heard about it before, but never tried it.  My eyes are very bad - myopic, starting to get glaucoma and cataracts.  I've found it harder to read and also drive, especially at night.  I've had surgery to repair tears in my retinas - both eyes.  I'm worried about losing my eyesight, so anything I can do to strengthen them will help.
