You really shouldn't waste your time on weight loss pills. Not only do they do little to nothing to help you lose weight, but they can also be pretty bad for you. I know you probably hear this all the time, but diet and exercise is by far the most efficient method. Burn more calories than you take it. It's a little hard to get started, but after a couple weeks you feel great.

Best way to lose weight is eating right. You can take drinks/proteins drinks to help you. A lot of water is good also! Did you know that 80% of what you eat effects your body. And only 15% is by working out? The other 5% is how you think, and yes, that plays a big role. I mean, you can't be negative about it. lol.
