Caramel, chocolate sauce, fudge, sprinkles.  Pretty much anything!

I put whipped cream, chocolate syrup, m&ms, and fudge brownie on my ice cream

Depends on the ice cream, what's available and if I want to put anything on it. A few favourites are strawberry topping (the kind that has real fruit in it), strawberry syrup is okay, chocolate syrup, chocolate chips, caramel topping, and chopped nuts.
