There's a really big fine if you don't wear one.

And it's been the law for so long, it's absolutely automatic for me to do it. And I make my passengers put theirs on. Besides your car will yell at you if you don't wear your seat belt. Right?

I always wear my seatbelt!  Especially since I got a ticket for not wearing one back when it was first made into law!

If i remember i try to wear my seat belt all the time. My dad and brother were in a very serious accident and the seat belt helped them.

Oh, what a terrible story. Shame on the parents for not making sure the kids were wearing seatbelts including the driver! I know when I was a child, there were no seatbelts in the back for kids so it was the kids that always suffered the worst injuries. I'm so pleased that modern vehicles have seatbelts for every passenger. When my son was one year old, a semi reversed into us because he couldn't see us tucked behind him. I saw him reversing but could do nothing apart from press my horn but he didn't hear. There was a car parked behind me so I couldn't reverse. I had $2000 damage done to the front of my car and my son was screaming through fear in the back seat. Thankfully he was wearing his seatbelt!

I always wear my seatbelts. Sometimes If I tend to forget, the car will remind me.
