I would say no, I never enter those things i am always  very skeptical of those things. maybe people do with but i think they are all scams.

 I can't say for sure, but I'd think more than likely not. You never truly know what's giving you a legit chance and what's fixed so that you can't.

Unless you happen to buy scratch tickets or lottery tickets you can win $10000. Otherwise, if you responding to a message or email saying you $10000 when you actually never entered to any contest, then it's obvious a scam.
