I had a peaceful thanksgiving! I went to my in-law. I spent a peaceful moment with her. My children enjoyed the ride and the gathering and some of the food.

We had a great day.  We ate great food, all the family was there, played  games, watched television,  ate some more.   It is always a fun day.

I spent it working. Some people say that no one should work on Thanksgiving, but some of us can't afford to take the day off of work. I had a small dinner with the family after work.

Had a blessed Thanksgiving even though not all the usual relatives were there.  My 97 year old father-in-law transferred from the hospital to the nursing home the day before Thanksgiving.  That was a sad day but I carried on with the traditional Thanksgiving lunch and took him a few bites of some of the dishes.  Our oldest daughter came into town briefly with most of her family but our middle daughter was out of town at her boyfriends' parents house for the day.

I  had a good Thanksgiving.  Everyone must have been on a diet or we maybe just made too much food, but we had tons of leftover this year. My extended family was very pleasant, but did not like the results of the football game we also watch at this time.
