It's pretty low when they will steal your Christmas decorations.  The only thing that would have been worse would have been if they had just vandalized and tore everything up.  It's hard to say if it was kids or adults.  Our local news showed a well-dressed lady going up to a house, ringing the doorbell and then stealing the packages on the porch when no one answered the door.  She took a couple loads to her car and then came back and stole the wreath off of the door.  It showed her driving off in a new BMW.  The people had a camera set up on their porch and recorded everything.  After it was shown on the news, the lady turned herself in and returned the packages and wreath.  She hasn't been charged as of this morning.  It is still being investigated.

So sorry. Especially this time of year. It is hard to trace outdoor decorations so it is hard for the police to track down. Surely not defending the cops but if there isn't a serial number on the items and not written down - it is impossible to find.

I hate thinking the worst about people but... people are kinda the worst. No one seems to care about anyone else these days.

Sorry this happened to you. I have had a lot of stuff stolen from me in the past - it sucks.
