How do you spend your time when you're snowed in?

Use the snowblower, watch TV, read, or use the computer.

Getting snowed doesn't happen often since we have a snowblower and the town has plows.

BUT, if it were blizzarding and I did not have to get to work (I work in a 24/7 group home so someone DOES have to get there) I would spend the day playing board games with the family.

Watch a favorite movie and knit, with a cup of hot tea close by, all snuggly-warm under my electric blankie.

I am 61 years old and have only been snowed in one time in my life.  Am basically a lifelong Florida resident but I did spend 6 months in Boone NC about 40 years ago and lived in a basement apartment - got snowed in once and the landlord had to dig me out.  Was so long ago can't remember what I did lol until he got there.

Snowed in?  Let's see--knitting while watching an old favorite movie (like Notorious or Pride and Prejudice or Double Indemnity) and having some hot cocoa.  Yeah.  That's the ticket.

Living in Wisconsin, I've been snowed in on more than one occasion. We have done jigsaw puzzles, played cards and watched TV (hoping that the cable would not go out) during some of these occasions.

I've never been snowed in ever, no snow days.   I live in Southern California, which actually does get snow, but only up in the mountains.

Here where I live in CA I do not get snowed in. For the last couple of weeks on and off rainy days that have caused flooding made me want to stay in. We are grateful for the rain though because we need it.
