Survey Problem.. frustrated
« on: December 15, 2014, 02:55:03 am »
So this has happened to me twice and im getting frustrated...
I go to take my survey I get almost done (to the classification part) and then I cant finish it because I see no answers to the question! So it will say please select your age, but I cant because theres no answers, so i press next but it tells me i cant continue without selecting something.

is this happening to anyone else? Its VERY frustrating. This happened on 2 of the FC Surveys both for $0.75 :(

it totally sucks they wont let me take a survey for pay today but keep me on for a good 10 minutes answering questions before disqualifing me and for no reason. i was a match to every survey I entered. and the surveys are not about what they say they are about on fc surveys.

I have been with Fusion Cash many years and have done surveys some or most of those years. I can not remember if I had the exact same problem that you are writing about but I have had similar problems at the end of the surveys. I get to the end and there is some kind of glitch. I can go no further and I never get credit for the survey. This problem has happened to me not just on Fusion Cash but also on other sites.

This does not happen very often so I usually let it go. I accept my loss and move on to something else. I have never had it happen two surveys in a row and most of my surveys credit.

You might try a different browser. I also would copy the page where you have gotten stuck and open a support ticket pasting that page on the support ticket and explaining what happened.

Fusion Cash is a really good site, one of the best of its kind.

it seems the surveys are fixed today . i was asked the same questions 5 times and then allowed to stay on a survey answering good honest answers and almost to the end and they took me out earning a penny for 23 minutes. not fair fusion and I think they could do better than this.

I go on a roll, either I can complete surveys with ease or everytime I go broke. But I focus on the ones I complete and not the ones that fizzle out.

Fusion doesn't actually operate the surveys. If the marketing company that actually runs the survey has problems or kicks you out then there is nothing Fusion can do.  You could try contacting the actual survey company if you're having a continuous problem with their surveys but otherwise there isn't much you(or Fusion) can do

Do you have an AdBlocker enabled? That sounds like an issue that could have been caused by one of those.
