Oh yes, that age issue. I know all about it.

One day, I was filling out info to get into a survey
and I got stop by a big message, saying something like:

Are you sure that is your age? They are only 1% of people
of your age who work on the internet.

Of course, there was no place to answer. Too bad,
and may be not, since I would have given a piece
of my mind.

You are over 55, your are old, and by the way
you have to keep working a few more years
to get to retirement age, but your opinions
do not count. Got to love those.

I am 65.  I know that age and income often are factors entering into completing surveys.  So...being poor and old disqualifies you from making a little money even though you have much life experience with products and services.

Maybe in the selection of ages there should be an old enough to know better selection and let us watch all the videos. I am certainly old enough and young at heart. My grandchildren keep me up to date on almost everything.

The silly part of the age thing is generally you have younger people you are responsible for, so they get a double win if they don't discount the older generations.     I know in my family the older people are the ones with the extra cash, the ones that host the family get togethers & buy the beverages.  To age discriminate on wine is laughable, or anything else.
