Busy Baking Cookies

I'm still finishing the cookies for the family xP I'm so bad about time management.
I'm trying recipes for the first time too, big no-no, but they aren't for gifts, just for us so not so big a deal if some of them I'd rather feed to the dogs

I'm also going with chocolate sugar cookies, because my sister claims not to like sugar cookies. So I'm hoping the chocolate will sway her, and if not, the cutesy cutouts lol And if not, there's other cookies too.
Other cookies were throw-away checkboard cookies (I'll try them again later though, they were adorable looking, just not quite to taste) and chocolate chip peanut butter oatmeal cookies. My mom requested them, so hope I don't ruin 'em.

I had to work yesterday.  However, my wife was able to get some baking done.  Peanut butter cookies are my favorite.
