I would rather drive an hour to the coast and have REAL seafood.

I agree with this, but if you live in the Midwest, it's a pretty long drive, donchano. :confused1: I like to get shrimp cocktail at Red Lobster, but it could never compare to fresh shrimp.

It's really funny that the first time I went to Mississippi and ordered "fresh from the Gulf" boiled shrimp. It was peel and eat. I was shocked, shocked, I tell you, that you had to take off the shell yourself before you ate the li'l darlings.  :o They were pretty scary with all their little legs and stuff. I had to be taught how to shell them. But they were absolutely scrumptious. And I got the hang of ripping them apart to eat. How caveman-like of me.  :monkey:

My girlfriend loves Red Lobster so we go there whenever the spirit moves. It's a little pricey for me as a general rule.  :moneymouth:

I love Red Lobster!  We used to go there all the time when we lived in Charlotte.
They don't have one where we live now.  :(  My favorite was the calabash shrimp.
My whole family liked to go!!

I think they are over priced for the most part, but i do like the biscuits. they have a decent under $10 lunch menu too.

I would love to go to Red Lobster, but my husband isn't a sea food person.  The only thing he will eat is shrimp and he feels the price is too high for what you get at Red Lobster.  My loss :(

I like red lobster but don't like the crowds.  We do not go very often anymore.  But the biscuits are the best.

I ate there years ago. I really liked their chicken dinner. I don't like seafood so that is why I have not been there since. :turkey:
