Is whey protein natural?. where does it come from? Does it really help you to burn fat?

I'm assuming you mean Whey protein? My dad makes drinks out of it. I know some people who body build use whey protein and that it's a by product of cheese.

Generally speaking, the whole concept of weight loss due to increased protein intake is basically this - proteins are more complex for your body to break down than simple carbs (which turn to sugar and stored as fat), so it takes longer for your body to digest them, hence, you feel "fuller" longer and less prone to overeat.

However, just taking some "magic" protein supplement alone will not increase your metabolism or cause you to stop overeating bad carbs to cause miracle weight loss.  Rather, use them as a tool if you are not eating an appropriate amount of naturally high protein foods (meats, beans, etc).  I don't count those foods that claim they have "added protein" in them, most of that is chemical based - only count natural, unprocessed foods.

What really speeds weight loss related to protein is the following combination: consume the recommended amount of protein per day (preferable from a natural source, not these supplements - but supplements are better than nothing), add some moderate strength training to your exercise routine.

Protein not only helps you feel "fuller" longer, which will somewhat help you eat a little less, but couple it with adding some strength training - as protein helps build muscle - increased muscle mass during workouts help your body work more efficiently, burns more calories during workouts, and re-educates your body to crave better foods.

One caution - if you choose to add strength training to your workout (and I don't mean the extreme body building stuff), if your muscle tone is really poor, when you do start training, you might find your weight slightly increasing, yet your clothes will start fitting better.  This is because muscle weighs more than fat (more dense) so your fat storage shrinks causing your clothes to fit better, but with a little added muscle, your weight may not change or might slightly increase (unless you are way overweight, then you will see a weight decrease initially before it plateaus).

Try to find a local professional to help you/get your started so you perform the weight training with proper form so you don't injure yourself.

I had use these in the past and i still have some lefted over would i buy this again um.. maybe but now im just wanted to get paid so i can buy my pills

I use it because I don't eat enough protein and workout on a regular basis

It can be a supplement to a healthy diet and exercise program if you're trying to lose fat/weight. Just consuming more protein won't do it.  Too many calories of anything will cause you to gain fat so you do have to keep  in mind that protein powder does actually having calories and you have to keep that in mind along with whatever else you're consuming.

Whey is the liquid material created as a by-product of cheese production.... Apparently a lot of bodybuilders and health advisor suggest consuming it after a  good workout since it's mostly pure protein

I tried whey protein and the number on the scale spooked me. I had gained weight but yet looked smaller because it helps you gain muscle when working out

Whey protein is from milk, and it is a good source of protein. It also helps burn fat with a proper diet and exercise regimen.
