Hello Jackie.  It could be one of two reasons why you are losing cash: You have to reach a cash out within 180 days of accumulating your points.  You also must cash them out by that time or you will begin to lose points.  Another possibility could be that an offer that you completed was later disqualified for one reason or another.  That may happen from time to time

Look at your account page. It would say if the offer(s) expired or were denied.

If you haven't cashed out in 6 months then it's likely that offers are expiring

Thanks for the explanation betlynjua.  I hadn't thought about before but it is good to know to prevent that from happening to me.

You are very welcome.  I'm always happy to help a fellow member get through a learning curve whenever possible.  I know I've been helped here at times and I appreciate it.

Some sites do this and try to charge you a fee when you cash out but nothing like that here at fusion cash..

Also, if you shop on the FC mall, any items that you purchased and then returned will create a debit.

Yes guys. Do not forget that 180 days rule.

That is plenty of time to make the
requirements, but you cannot pass it.

May be you should try to cash out
every month or every two months.
