my referal link,no support ticket answers

i have submitted 3 support tickets in the last week , i have got no response....i have recently started some advertising to get more referals ..  ok the problem is neither of my links seem to work..i know for a fact at least 4 people have joined through the links i have sent them ... finally one of them messaged me and asked me what my name was so they could enter it as there referer ..  i was late answering the message so they joined anyway .....can you tell me why it is that after people click on my link i am not getting credit ... if they need to know my name then what name do they need ? user name ? actual name ?   why  was i never told i needed to tell people my name to enter.........how come no one is answering support tickets

I don't know why your support tickets are not being responded to, mine always have been. I also don't have a clue why your referral links don't work, mine has worked 857 times with no problems I know of.

The only possible problem I can think of, is if you were rude in your requests. I do know a few instances where this was a problem and people were ignored. If that was not the case, I don't know what it could be.

i didnt expect you to know why my referal links did not work .... i was kind of hoping id get a response from the support team.......i do not know why my support tickets have not been answered either .. but they have not been.....the people who messaged me and told me that after they clicked on the link it was asking them to put in the name of who refered them are my close friends or family .. not random face bookers .....i never message people i do not personally know .. and i am not dumb enough to post a rude message on facebook and expect folks to respond to it in a good way...

thank you for commenting on this post to tell me that you dont know what is wrong or how to answer my questions,,,that is extremely helpful , or maybe it is the opposite of helpful...in the future please dont randomly post on my questions to get your post count up.....

Wow, wadarbr549!  The forum is a place where we all come to try and find an answer or some help.  Maybe you should go back and read what you just posted.  oldbuddy hit the nail on the head.

Are you using the long or short referral link? The long one states your user name in the URL (example: http://www.fusioncash.net/?ref=skippymcnapper). Are you sure you are sending the right thing?

Also, if your friend clicked through your referral link, didn't sign up, but then later just went to Fusioncash.net on their own to sign up they are NOT signing up through your link. You wouldn't receive credit for that.

NONE of my support tickets have been answered either. I've given up. 4 days at an 8 hour average per day and only 16.75. Just not worth it to me.

Same thing on my end.. nobody is answering support tickets. Sorry to hear its happening to quite a few other people but at least I don't feel so ignored!

I have never had an issue with FC not answering my support tickets. Are you guys asking things that can be found on the forum or in the FAQ/crediting page?
