Pets

Do you have a pet that is not a dog or a cat. We got our kids a hamster last year and I have to say that he is an interesting little creature.

We only have dogs and cats now, but when my kids were young we had many different kinds.  We had bunnies, gerbils, hermit crabs, fish, birds, and I'm sure there were more, but can't remember them all.

I have a box turtle.  He's hibernating right now.  I've had him since 1979, but he's the same size as when I got him.

   I am afraid of rabies and any other contamination.

I don't now, but I had rabbits growing up, and I would LOVE to have a pig.

I have a few chickens as pets.  I've had various pets in my life, one of which being gerbils, which I would have again.

We have an adorable little "shorkie" named Gidgit!  She is four months old and still growing like a weed!

When my son was 6 he was given a hamster and it is a very nice pet. Very interesting pet to learn about.

We have had a really great couple of dogs.  They are both gone now and we miss them alot.  Holding off getting another until we can be home more to raise them.

I have a 1 cat and  2 dog and 2 turtles.. i think thats all the pets will every have

Currently our non-dog/cat pets include rabbits (meat), ducks (entertainment), guinea pigs (bestest shelf pets), doves (bestest non-talking birds), and a snake (Sweety in name and demeanor).

Right now we only have a dog but when I was a child I had lots of pets. I had a hamster, guiena pig, rabbits, fish, frogs and turtles.
