I'm not sure I would have to say any green vegetable.

The thing that comes to mind first is this really terrible so-called soup that a family member made one year for a holiday gathering. It was dreadful. I have no idea what all was in it, but it was a disturbing shade of orange and didn't smell any better either. :-X

Reading through some of the replies, and I am getting hungry LOL!  I like most everything, and often say I will eat anything that doesn't try to eat me first.
But the most disgusting thing (visually), that I have ever eaten was a Korean fish eye stew....it was hard to eat something that was actuallyo looking at me.  But eat it I did (I was a guest at someone's house), and it was delicious.

I've never enjoyed fish. Any type of fish, just not for me

I'd have to say fresh oysters.  I tried them and they did a U-turn right away.  :P

The worst thing I ever ate was a dish prepared by a cook on a boat going down the Yangste River in China. It was a mish-mosh of leftover Chinese food all thrown together, cooked in a wok and thrown over rice. It was just awful.
