My husband makes his own dressing which tastes just fabulous. I don't know exactly how he does it, but he makes it somehow out of balsamic vinegar, oil and spices that taste just fantastic.

I love ranch, but not blue cheese. I like thousand island and French. vinegar and oil are not among my favs. But they are healthier for you. Isn't that always the case. BMaston12

I like making my own Italian salad dressing... I use some special ingredients, plus Oil and vingar...  Been told it was very good.. even had some folks ask  me to make it for them, so they can use it as a marinade.  I have been told by many that I should bottle it and sell it.

A nice rich Italian or French. I love fruity vinaigrettes too. When I'm feeling particularly health conscious I just squeeze some fresh lemon juice on top and it's still absolutely amazing.
